Abstract The purpose of this research was to Developing a Strategy Implementation Pattern and Designing a Strategy Map for Iran Sport Championship by Balance Scorecard. This research is descriptive and field work. The qualitative research in the field of strategy studies was applied. Exploratory interviews and Delphi technique has been used for data collection. In order to data analysis coding and categorizing has been used. The population of this study includes 555 Iran Sport Championship witch action, which are equal 15 people for qualitative action, selected and 225 people sample selected to quality part of this research. In the part of quality of this research targeted and in quantity section was simple random. Determining strategy objectives related to each strategy, determined each measurement about each goal to each measurement determining programs and identifying initiatives and actions. The research findings show that strategies have four aspects of finance, internal processes, learning and growth and communication. KeywordsPerspective. Balanced Scorecard. Strategy Map.
